My Own ExperienceFrom my own personal experience of feeling unmotivated but also confused at where to start, I wanted to use those feelings and experience to see how I could make a world that other users could feel comfortable and validated.
Competitive AnalysisLooking at other apps to see what was being done at the moment and how I could set myself apart from others.
Positioning MatrixUsing the other competitors to put into motion about where I could see this app and how I envisioned this to be in relation to having it be accessible and personalized.
InterviewsI interviewed a fitness trainer to gain insight on how to create a welcoming environment for newcomers and how to use their goals to create workouts for them. I also interviewed people with various experience with exercising to understand their feelings.
PersonasMeet Melody, amongst her busy life, she wants to start exercising to focus on herself and her wellbeing.
